1. Drive visitors on your site to try the ApnaPaisa widgets
2. Whenever a visitor follows the widget to 'apply' for any product on the ApnaPaisa site, you earn revenues.The sequence will be as under |
Visitor to your website interacts with the ApnaPaisa widget
Visitor follows the widget to the ApnaPaisa comparison search page
Visitor chooses to 'Apply' for one or more offerings
Visitor validates his mobile number to confirm the validity of the application/ applications
You earn revenues for each of the applications validated by a visitor |
3. The amount payable to you for each 'application' varies on a weekly basis as per the Price Chart.
The weekly chart shall be provided by ApnaPaisa before start of the week. In case no price chart is provided by ApnaPaisa the current rate remain shall valid till a new price chart is provided by Apnapaisa.

| Transparency & Reporting |
The affiliate will have a real-time access to a report that reveals the number of impressions served by the affiliate and the number of applications generated by the affiliates' visitors for any specified date range. The amount payable shall be calculated solely based on records maintained by ApnaPaisa. No other measurements or statistics of any kind shall be accepted by ApnaPaisa or have any effect under this Agreement. |

| Data Ownership |
All data entered by the visitor on the ApnaPaisa portals or on the ApnaPaisa widgets will be solely and directly collected on Apnaloan servers and will remain the exclusive property of ApnaPaisa regardless of whether such data capture results in any revenues for the affiliate or not.

| Implementation & Operation of the Widget |
You agree to comply with the specifications provided by ApnaPaisa from time to time to enable proper delivery, display and tracking of APPLICATIONS and ApnaPaisa Brand Features (as defined in Section below) in connection with Your Property(ies), including without limitation by not modifying the JavaScript or other programming provided to You by ApnaPaisa in any way, unless expressly authorized in writing by ApnaPaisa (including by electronic mail).

| Payment Terms |
Payment Terms will be Net 60 i.e. The payment for any period will be due 60 days from the last day of the month in which the affiliate runs the ApnaPaisa widgets provided your earned balance is at least Rs. 3,000. The affiliate will be entitled to charge Only applicable taxes would be Service Tax on the billable amount for the period. . The affiliate shall provide the valid service tax number to ApnaPaisa on the invoices raised by it. Service Tax number will have to be provided by the affiliate. You agree to pay all applicable taxes or charges imposed by any government entity in connection with Your participation in the Program. ApnaPaisa will deduct income tax at source at the prevailing rates from time to time. The TDS certifcate will be provided to you within a period of two months of the end of the financial year.
To ensure proper payment, you are solely responsible for providing and maintaining accurate address and other contact information as well as payment information associated with your account. |

| Representations and Warranties |
You represent and warrant that (a) all of the information provided by You to ApnaPaisa to enroll in the Program is correct and current; (b) You are the owner of each Property or You are legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner of such Property(ies) for the purposes of this Agreement and the Program; (c) You have all necessary right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required of You hereunder |

| Termination |
Either party may terminate this engagement at any time without assigning any cause. ApnaPaisa may disable the rendering of widgets by an affiliate and an affiliate may stop displaying the widget on the affiliate site.
On termination, the outstanding amount would be paid up as per the payment schedule defined above. |

ApnaPaisa reserves the right to amend any of the terms above and will notify an affiliate on e-mail of the revised terms |
