More insurers on the way

| Four more companies are awaiting approval from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) to start insurance business. As reported by Business Line, Mr J. Hari Narayana, Chairman, IRDA said, "We have asked for some particulars and the moment they submit them, we will issue R1 licence (the first of three licenses required to start operations." |
