Apart from the optional covers available in the Comprehensive car insurance policy, there are some extension covers on the insurance that can be purchased. These include:
- Loss or damage of accessories fitted in the vehicle such as stereo, fan, air-conditioner, etc.
- Personal accident cover under private car policies for passengers and drivers
- Legal liability to be paid to employees or non-fare paying passengers in commercial vehicles
